Thank you for submitting your earnings tax information to Milton Law Group. Our team will review your submission and documents provided, follow-up with you as necessary, and prepare your refund claim for applicable years.
Once the refund claims are prepared, Milton Law Group will send you an email summarizing the amount of your anticipated refunds per year and have you review the refund claim forms.
We will then send your employer’s HR contact the refund claim forms for e-signature via DocuSign.
Once your employer has verified the information is correct and e-signed the forms, we will email you the final refund claim forms for your e-signature via DocuSign. You will need to pay the 15% fee electronically via credit card or ACH through DocuSign at the time of signing.
Milton Law Group will then submit your final refund claim and send you a copy for your records.
